  7. regarding distribution of the Teen Agent product.  Descriptions and program

  85. <A> All files remain intact with no modifications.
  86. <B> No copyright or trademark information may be removed.

  88. If a distribution fee is charged for a Union Logic software product, you must
  89. additionally ensure that:

  91. I.    If the program is distributed on CD-ROM, you must get written permission
  92.       prior to distributing the package.
  93. II.   You charge less that $8 (U.S.) for the shareware package.
  94. III.  Absolutely, no files are to be modified, deleted, purposely corrupted or
  95.       renamed.
  96. IV.   The concept of shareware is acknowledged.  This requires the program to
  97.       be clearly marked as shareware and the shareware concept fully 
  98.       explained.  
  99. V.    Union Logic Software Publishing is clearly marked as the publisher.  
  100.       This requires that our full name, "Union Logic Software Publishing, 
  101.       Inc.", is written on the package, or catalog.
  102. VI.   An effort is made to sell the most recent version of the program in 
  103.       question.
  104. VII.  If you wish, you may include your own installation software with the 
  105.       program.
